Return & Refund

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. However, returns must be pre-approved and meet all eligibility conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

 The item must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition

 The item must be returned in its original packaging
 Proof of purchase must be provided
 The return request must be submitted and approved by us before shipping

⚠️ Due to the nature of our products (handcrafted swords), items that have been handled, tested, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

 Important: Handcrafted Product Policy

All of our swords are handmade by multiple artisans through a complex, multi-step process over several days.

As such, minor variations, hand-finishing marks, or aesthetic differences are not considered defects, but part of the craftsmanship.

Returns based on these reasons will not be accepted.

 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

* Customized or made-to-order products
* Items that show signs of use or handling
* Items returned without prior approval
* Sale items or gift cards
* Products classified as weapons or restricted items once delivered, unless defective

 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

* defective
* damaged during shipping
* incorrect item received

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.

We will assess and provide a resolution (replacement or refund if applicable).

 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at: contact@swordier.com
  2.  Provide:

   * Order number
   * Reason for return
   * Supporting photos/videos

Returns sent without approval will be refused.

 Return Shipping

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
 We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

 Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

If approved:

* Refund will be processed within 10 business days
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable
* A restocking fee may apply (up to 20%)

 EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For orders shipped to the European Union:

Customers may request a return within 14 days. However:

  • Items must remain unused and in original condition
    * Customer is responsible for return shipping
    * The same inspection and approval process applies
